I just wanted to share the coolest thing that I experienced yesterday at a catered brunch. The hosts of the party (along with the creative mind behind the catering company, I imagine) decided that it would be fun to set up a fresh juice station with all of the fixings for amazing juices – beets, carrots, apples, celery, kale, spinach, you name it. I was such a hog! I went back multiple times.
It truly was such an amazing day and we had a fabulous time! Catered brunches are always a great opportunity to network and mingle with family and friends. In fact, I would quite like to organize an event like this of my own in our backyard at some point in the future. That being said, there is so much planning that goes into a catered brunch, I would definitely need to get some help from a party planner!
A friend of mine has recommended a wonderful events coordinator to me so I might have to get in touch with her. Apparently she is fantastic at everything from sending out the invites to negotiating the luxury toilet hire prices! No classy brunch event would be complete without adequate amenities after all! It can be all to easy to forget about hiring toilets when planning a large event, but employing a party planner can put your mind at rest that everything is going to be taken care of!
Anyway, if you are ever in the market for hiring a caterer and want to give your guests something healthy that they can talk about, I highly suggest getting a juice bar. Heck, if you have the gumption to man the machine yourself, you could even do it without any staff. But I don’t suggest this, because the party wouldn’t be much fun for you!
