The five burgers I chose for the party are:
Sun-Dried Tomato and Artichoke Burger (mushrooms, onions, garlic, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, nutritional yeast, oats, brown rice)
And last but not least, something sweet for dessert! I’ve had this recipe in my stack of recipes I would love to try someday, I don’t know when, and the stack keeps growing everyday: Emily Segal from Triumph Wellness’ Vegan Peanut Butter Puffed Rice Bars.
