I did! I wanted to watch it, I really did, but with so many things demanding my attention every day (and I’m sure yours too!), it’s really hard to catch all of the stuff that I want to. I was so happy when I saw that Chef Aj had linked up the entire Dr. Barnard segment on Facebook, and here it is, in it’s entirety:
Powerful stuff, huh? I hope you enjoyed watching it as much as I did! Who knew that almost fifty percent of people over the age of 85 develop Alzheimer’s? I sure didn’t. Just another reason to go Vegan.
But if that’s not enough for you, you might need a little JT . . . you know we’ve hit the big time now!
It seems like every day there are multiple new television appearances, articles, books, cookbooks, etc. being put out there, all with the same message: nothing processed, nothing with a mother or a face. If you are reading this blog, chances are you already “buy in” to this message.
