My friend Quinn and I have been talking for months about the absence of the Meatless Meatballs from the frozen cases at Trader Joe’s. I’m not sure these are the healthiest meatless meatballs that one could eat (I’m sure homemade are far better), but as a convenience food, I know that I sure bought them a few times per year. It was a regular grocery item for Quinn and her husband and I know she has been anxiously awaiting their return.

So what we’re wondering today is this: Have you ever made homemade meatless meatballs? There are so many varieties (lentil, beet, etc.). Which ones are the tastiest? Please share your experiences and links to recipes that have worked for you.
