Great news folks! After a long blogging hiatus (with a few posts sprinkled here and there over the past few years), I’m back blogging and intending to be better than ever.
I have learned so much during my “absence.”
My relationship with food is completely different. The peace around food that I craved for my entire life is finally my reality, not just something that I blogged about and wished for, but something that feels real and lasting.
And if you’re still interested, I want to share that all with you.

I’m just not obsessed with new dessert recipes anymore. Our dinners are a lot simpler and faster to make. My breakfasts, as you may have seen, are kind of my passion and they contain at least one pound of non-starchy vegetables per day. You won’t find much flour of any kind. No sugar except from fruit. And the hardest and most difficult change of all — no salt.
It all sounds rather boring to the food obsessed (I know that so well!), but it’s what has finally worked for me so I’m certainly going to stick with it.
There’s an incredible private Ultimate Weight Loss community that I’m a member of on Facebook, and I’ll be sharing so much of the inspiration and ideas that I find there with you here. If you’re ever interested in joining, just let me know. We’d be glad to have you!
It might take me a little time to warm my fingers up again, but there’s a new post that I’m working that on will give me some well needed writing exercise.
