Seriously folks, I’m really excited about this.
Today I present to you my very first podcast episode.
I have this very strong intuition that I need to be talking with you and others about taking the stress and the struggle out of plant based living. So that’s what I’m going to do.
Yes, the sound on this recording is a little raw, but I hope you’ll listen anyway. I’m totally new at this and really stoked that I was able to pull it off.
In this inaugural episode, I’m interviewing Dr. Reshma Shah, a plant based pediatrician based in California’s Bay Area. We talk about how Dr. Shah came to adopt a plant based diet in her own life, her balanced approach to feeding her own family, and how to manage our own unique food needs while attempting to maintain peace and harmony in the home.
We began answering some questions that all parents have about keeping kids healthy on a plant based diet, and because we didn’t even begin to answer all of the questions that were sent in, I’m already planning a second podcast episode with Dr. Shah.
I think you will find the conversation between Dr. Shah and me quite refreshing.
If you’ve got more questions for Dr. Shah, please leave them in the comments section to this blog post, or e-mail them to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to check out Dr. Shah’s blog, you can find that here.
I truly hope that you learn and enjoy. I know I did!
Or you can listen here.
Disclaimer: I realize that this is a very primitive version of podcasting. I know a fraction of what goes into producing a professional level podcast, but I didn’t want to let that stop me. If you guys enjoy the conversations that I’m having on the podcast and it gets some traction, I’ll seek out better ways to bring a great podcast to you! Thanks for being part of the beginning!
P.s. This week I’ll be bringing you plenty more from my series on sugar/flour/alcohol addiction.
P.p.s. If you want even more of HGK, consider joining my book club and private Facebook group where we will be working our way into THRIVING in food sobriety using The 30 Day Sobriety Solution by Jack Canfield.
