Good morning lovelies! I need to get another thing off of my chest. It’s nothing earth shattering, but . . .
I wanted to let you know that I’m probably going to be writing a lot right now about my experiences over the past three and a half months in Bright Line Eating. I have no idea how long my fascination with it is going to last, but right now I’m on fire with it.
I totally would understand if you wanted to bail on me at this point. I probably would!
However, I’m going to do my best to make my experiences in BLE relevant to everyone on any journey to achieve and maintain a right sized body. I hope that in each post that I write, you will find tips and tricks to consider along your path to optimal health, whatever path that is.
Since so much of my journey (not all of it, but a lot–I do have other tricks up my sleeve!) has been influenced by my experiences in BLE, I’m sure you can understand my enthusiasm for sharing what I’ve learned in BLE with you.
Anyway, I just wanted to put that out there and apologize in advance. No hurt feelings if you are ready to totally check out of Healthy Girl’s Kitchen at this point. I wish you so much love and all the best things on your road to recovery!!!!
