I know that many of you are probably very curious about whether or not Bright Line Eating might be a fit for you at this point, but you are hesitant to make such a big change in your life, such a big financial commitment, or you are just plain terrified of giving up sugar, giving up flour, giving up eating in between meals or weighing your portions. But now I know. When I sense fear in myself, I just have to more forward and do what I need to do anyway. So far it’s worked out for the best. It’s all an experiment anyway, and iven if I fail, it’s a great learning experience. We are all a sample size of one. We just need to try different things to find what works for US.
