A few years ago now I was first exposed to a series of three videos made by a woman whom I had never heard of before: Susan Peirce Thompson. I had no idea that I would eventually join her program and be so impacted by her message. At the time, I just thought, “Holy wow, this woman is putting some incredibly interesting information about weight loss out there for free, I’d better not miss it.”
So I subscribed to her free video series and anxiously awaited each new video.
I took copious notes as she talked. I learned A LOT from her.
But I was totally not interested in joining her in what I thought was definitely NOT the food plan for me. Hell no was I ever going to stick to three meals a day (no snacks? are you effing kidding me?) and I certainly was NEVER EVER NOT EVER going to weigh and measure my food again. No sir. I’d done that too many times on Weight Watchers and it always failed me.
So I did what was best for me. I listened and learned from Susan what I could at the time, and called it a day.
And that option is available to you right now. That same series of videos with all of that incredible information about weight loss is available to watch for free.
Little did I know at the time that I would eventually join Susan and become a Bright Line Eater. But I did.
It turns out that I had exhausted all other options as far as getting into my right size body, and I felt that I had nothing to lose. I surrendered to giving Bright Line Eating a try.
And I didn’t just learn how to eat.
I learned how to LIVE.
That was six and a half months ago, and while I am very honest in telling you that it hasn’t been an easy road for me, I can honestly tell you that today, I am Happy, Thin and Free-all of those things that Susan promised I would be if I gave BLE a chance.
It’s not for everyone, I get that.
I wasn’t one of the folks who experienced magical food freedom the minute I got sugar and flour out of my diet. That does happen for a lot of people who give BLE a try. I had done that a few years prior to joining BLE, and it certainly alleviated a lot of my food drama, but not every last bit of it.
I also wasn’t one of the people who found sticking to the BLE weight loss food plan to be easy. I was used to eating a lot more food and my body was angry! But I accepted the fact that if I kept doing what I was doing and eating food whenever I was hungry, that I was going to stay stuck in a body that was too big for me. So I stuck it out with BLE, got the help and support I needed from their experienced staff, and developed a personalized plan that worked for me. My hunger is very manageable now, very normal. I get hungry about an hour or less before my next meal and I can pretty easily wait it out.
But just so you know, there are a lot of people who experience absolutely no hunger in between meals on BLE (those jerks!).
I’m not here to convince you that this is the best thing for YOU (it happened to be the right thing at the right time for me) and the perfect program for everyone on earth and that you must try it! I’m just here to tell you that the free videos are available again and that they are freakin’ awesome.
So if you haven’t already put your name on the list to see them, I highly recommend that you do. I can promise you that if you struggle with your weight or your relationship with food, watching the videos will be so worth your time.
In the third and final video (and, in my opinion, the BEST video) of the Food Freedom series, Susan explains the 5 critical ways to rewire your brain so that eating the right foods, and not eating the wrong foods, becomes completely automatic.
Folks who commit to BLE finally understand why they (sometimes or frequently) overeat, compulsively eat, binge eat and/or emotionally eat, even when they KNOW what to eat… and they finally feel as if they have found a program that they can commit to for life so that they never have to feel out of control with food again.

I listened to video #2 yesterday. Whether or not you ever follow BLE food rules and plan, there is some GREAT information in there about having an Emergency Action Plan to deal with cravings. I took notes and have plans to implement that plan next time I am faced with food cravings. I look forward to listening to video #3 later.
